As everyone gathered in the Oval Office on Tuesday, the focus was on President Donald Trump and Elon Musk, who made his first public remarks regarding government cuts. But Little X was the main attraction.

The expected political evening turned into a good time. When Musk’s four-year-old son, “Lil X,” unintentionally stole center stage, the tense situation took an unexpected turn.
In the middle of the talk, Trump stopped and gestured to the child with a smile. “This is X, and he’s a great guy—high IQ,” he continued, laughing. When the president went on to refer to the young boy as a “high-IQ individual,” the entire room burst out laughing.

Despite the severity of the Trump-Musk conversation, the presence of the animated child added a fun element to the high-profile encounter.
Rather than policy discussions, Elon Musk’s small son, “Lil X,” regularly distracted him from his Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) efforts.
After Musk gently lifted him onto his shoulders, the four-year-old started to play with his father’s ears.
“I’m sorry,” Musk responded, chuckling and momentarily distracted. “I might like this if he didn’t stick his fingers in my ears.” As he faded off, he kept smiling.
Grimes’s mother, Claire Boucher, posted on social media, saying, “I have made it clear I do not approve of that in every conceivable way I know how.” This observation is intriguing.
Who is Little X, Grimes, and Elon Musk’s son?
Born in 2020, “Lil X,” as Elon Musk affectionately calls him, is the youngest son of Canadian singer and multibillionaire businessman Grimes.
Over the years, he and his father have made sporadic public appearances, including on election night when he was featured in a Trump family portrait. At the time, President Donald Trump referred to him as “a gorgeous, perfect boy.”
I don't give a damn what anyone says—seeing Trump, Elon Musk, and his son X together in the Oval Office makes me grin from ear to ear.

The White House later released a video of Musk, Trump, and “Lil X” in the Oval Office. In the footage, the small child was seen wearing a brown coat and what his father referred to as a “cool chain.”
At one point, he leaned against the ancient Resolute Desk, which reminded everyone of the iconic 1962 photograph of a young John F. Kennedy Jr. peering out from under the table.
