Following a dog’s collision with a car, a vicious sign has the entire neighborhood abuzz.
There exist individuals whose careless driving endangers other motorists; these individuals may be texting or using a phone while operating a vehicle, under the influence of alcohol, exceeding the speed limit, or just breaking the law.
Regretfully, there is a higher likelihood that these drivers will cause fatal collisions.
One family decided enough of the speeding and irresponsible driving in their neighborhood after their family dog was killed. They decided to post a large notice on their yard that got everyone talking, especially since many people thought it was a threat.
The placard said, “We buried our dog last week because you won’t slow down.” “Your family may bury you if you hit one of my kids.”
The sign photo was quickly reshared on Facebook and other social media sites after it was first uploaded on Reddit.
The post quickly gained a lot of attention and sparked a debate on the appropriateness of the late dog owners’ contentious sign placement.
“I never see why people drive so fast through parking lots or neighborhoods. Really, where’s the logic in that? A user made a comment. I adore the sign. In communities, people drive far too quickly. Twenty or more is too fast. children riding bikes. It occurs that a ball ends up in the street while kids are playing in their own backyard. Thus, why is this issue present. That’s because people are f**king stupid, that’s why. Simply said, another user said.
“Holy shit! My dog escaped, and the woman who ran him over didn’t even slow down. Simply ran over the man. A third said, “A toddler could experience the same thing.
Some chastised the people who hung the sign, saying they should have taken better care of their dog. They believed that because it had been hit by a car, its owners had allowed it to roam freely rather than wearing a leash.
“I’m not at all sad for them. Have the same issue in my community. Everyone believes that dogs and cats are allowed to roam freely. One reader said, “My dogs never leave my property without my permission.”
Do not let your dog run loose! Another person added, “You would take better care of your furry friend if you cared about them.”
Another said, “Speeding is bad, but it’s your responsibility to keep your dog and kids off the street.”
