It is recommended that you avoid from engaging in physical activity before daybreak, when temperatures are still relatively low, despite the fact that it is advantageous. Working out in chilly temperatures can increase the likelihood of catching a cold and can also lead to serious consequences such as vasoconstriction, which can ultimately result in heart attacks, cardiovascular difficulties, and strokes. Furthermore, persons who have health problems may experience significant sleep deprivation as a consequence of morning workouts, which can limit the body’s ability to operate at its best level and increase the likelihood of them being injured.
