The 65-year-old music mogul has made fans pleased by posting a fresh, lovely picture of his son Eric. People have been saying the same thing.
The judge from Britain’s Got Talent has an 11-year-old son with his fiancée Lauren Silverman. She is 48 years old and a businesswoman and socialite.
Eric’s dad often shares cute pictures of his family on social media. Eric is walking the dog, traveling on vacation, and now filming America’s Got Talent in these pictures.
Simon is also a judge on the US version of the talent show, in case you didn’t know. This weekend are the semi-finals.
It looks like it was “bring your child to work day” because the music mogul brought his son to the shoot and even let him wear a T-shirt with the AGT logo on it.
Simon appeared happy in the picture he posted on Instagram on August 28. He was seated in a chair with his dog Daisy, who was in bed, on his lap.
Eric is behind him, wearing blue and smiling for the nice picture.
Simon also sent a video of the crowd at America’s Got Talent and a picture of himself photographing the show backstage with the caption “Everyone’s happy.”
Fans couldn’t stop raving about how much the 11-year-old has grown and how much he looks like his dad in the picture with Eric.
Sam Bailey, a singer and former X-Factor winner, said in the comments, “Hey Simon!” You look just like Eric. Wow, he’s so big now! “Nice to see xx.”
And a fan who was astonished replied, “Oh my God, I remember when he was born.” I can’t believe how big he is. “He’s just as good-looking as his dad!”
One out of three people agreed, saying, “That can’t be Eric.” I really feel like I’m getting old.
Someone else said, “Omg, your mini-me,” after seeing how much the parent and son looked alike.
Another person said, “Dear Simon, how beautiful is Eric’s copy of your face?” I love you guys so much! You look really cute!
Someone on social media said, “Eric will be taking your place on the panel soon!” in the meantime.
On February 14, 2014, Simon and Lauren welcomed Eric. He didn’t show up in public too often when he was a kid.
People have observed the change that seems to have come all of a sudden because he has been seen by fans a lot more as he has gotten older.
Simon told Hello! Magazine last year how he felt when he became a dad.
He told the magazine, “Twenty years ago, I would have said I didn’t think I was going to have kids because I thought I was too old.” I was utterly obsessed when I found out I was going to be a dad and saw the first picture of my baby.
“I saw life in a completely different way when something happened. I think about Eric every time I make a choice now. Is this the right choice for him?
