Quick & Easy No-Bake Chocolate Eclair Cake (No Oven Needed!)

This chocolate eclair cake doesn’t require baking, making it a tasty and simple dessert. It has a luscious chocolate coating, layers of graham crackers and creamy pudding.

Items needed for the cake:

The quantity of ingredients
Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix Two 3.5-oz boxes
3 cups of cold milk
Whipping the top One container (8 ounces)
Graham crackers. One package
For the chocolate garnish:

The quantity of ingredients
Pure cocoa powder without sugar 1/3 cup
Melted

unsalted butter, one cup of granulated sugar One-fourth cup whole milk A quarter cup of vanilla extract One teaspoon.


Guidelines:
Prepare the custard blend: Beat cold milk and custard mix until thickened. Fold in whipped topping gently.


Put together the layers: Layer the graham crackers in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Over them, spread half of the custard mix. Spread the leftover custard mixture over the graham crackers and add another layer. Place a last layer of graham crackers on top.


Prepare the chocolate drizzle: Put the milk, sugar, melted butter, and cocoa powder in a saucepan. Cook until boiling over medium heat. For one minute, boil. After taking off the heat, mix in the vanilla essence. Allow to thicken for ten to fifteen minutes.


Include the chocolate garnish: Place the cooled chocolate topping on top of the graham crackers.


Let the cake cool: Refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours after covering with plastic wrap.


Provide: Slice and serve cold.
