It was only one day after President Biden shared about his aggressive prostate cancer that White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt used a tone that many online did not like.
At a press briefing, Fox News’ Peter Doocy questioned whether President Donald Trump was concerned about the health care access U.S. presidents have, due to Biden’s advanced diagnosis.
Some experts say that the White House medical team was unable to detect the early stages of Trump’s prostate cancer. “Is the President concerned about the level of care that presidents receive here?”

Leavitt, who was 27, immediately put the concern to rest. “Not when we consider President Trump’s point of view,” she noted.
“This White House physician is truly top-notch,” she added. There is an exceptional group of doctors and other staff at Walter Reed Medical Center.
Next, Leavitt brought up the good health test results Trump recently received. He accomplished everything his system required. He looks very fit. Many of you who were with us in the Middle East recently can see how the president never stopped pushing ahead.

She stressed that Trump worked in the Oval Office all day on Saturday, just after finishing the trip. He doesn’t give up, he is always hard-working, he is healthy and he trusts his medical team.
Although she meant to ease people’s fears about Trump, some people felt it was too soon to use an upbeat tone given Biden’s recent health problems.
A comment posted that Amber seemed “heartless and vindictive”. Yet another argued that Trump caught several naps during the journey detailed by Leavitt.
After Biden said he has prostate cancer, this situation has led to controversy. Officials said that the former president had undergone an evaluation after experiencing issues with urination. Radiologists noticed a growth in the prostate, after which lab tests showed that the cancer reached his bones.

“It reflects a stronger or more advanced type of the illness,” the statement explained. On the other hand, the cancer has been described as hormone-sensitive, so response to treatment is often positive.
Gleason score 9 (Grade Group 5), one of the highest possible, has been given to Biden’s cancer due to how abnormal and fast the cells are growing. Even though the specific stage of the cancer is kept private, metastasis generally means it is advanced.
He and his family are trying to figure out which treatment to use and that may involve hormone therapy. Former President Biden is currently in Wilmington, Delaware and has not shared where he will get treatment.
Though this is a very serious diagnosis, a few medical specialists express a sense of hope.
“This is basic genitourinary oncology,” Dr. Alan Tan said, speaking with NBC News as a specialist at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. When patients with this type of cancer are treated appropriately, they often move into remission.
