Italian PM’s Subtle Reaction to Trump’s Arrival Has People Talking

Users of social media are terming that the Italian prime minister was caught on camera issuing a disastrous response to Donald Trump backtracking into a G7 Summit meeting.

This week, several political conferences are going to take place in Albany, Canada, where the leaders of the United States, the UK, France, Germany and Italy, Japan, India, Australia and Brazil will gather.

The group postulates to come together once a year to discuss global economic and geo-political problems and continued warfare.

Italy has a Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, the first female to become a PM in the country, at the list of meetings. In addition, France will have its President, Emmanuel Macron.

However, a polemical bit of the couple has been circulating on the internet in the past few hours, which opponents purport to show Meloni responding to Macron as he indicated that US President, Donald Trump, had just entered the room.

In the video, a bowing in of the French leader towards his Italian counterpart and bringing his mouth with his fist is visible.

The camera of the summit then pans to Trump, 79 walking in.

Italian speaker Meloni can then be heard as listening attentively before turning sharply on Macron with saucer-wide eyes. The woman of 48 years then seems to roll her eyes and smirk after the said cryptic remark about the Frenchman.

One social media user posted the clip and said: This is where Macron reminds the Meloni that the local [clown face emoji] got into the global room.

This is all written on the face of the Italian Prime Minister.

Another laughed and said, playing along: I love the way she says things, her facial expressions!

A third said, when the smelly kid in the class nobody likes comes in.

One more journalist took up to verify that Meloni had been rolling her eyes at Trump, saying in the comments: Well, I got to the staff and know the details. He has the face right.”

The video attracted discussion among other people, though most have suggested that it is actually Meloni who may be targeting Macron in her sassy demeanour as she is viewed as a right-wing leader herself, similar to Trump.

One MAGA admirer posted online, ironically, that the Italian is likely to like Trump, more than Macron.

Another chimed in, “She may as well be on the same page as trump in policy than Europe. Creating something out of nothing. Typical.”

A third said: Can I tell you nonsense, she is a Trump supporter.

One other piped up to say: she hates macron, and one other continued to say: BS. She despises Macron.”
