Humpty Dumpty Would Approve of This Tasty Dip

By making it into this dip, deviled eggs can be enjoyed by many and served as casual finger food. Since it has lots of flavor and tastes great, it can quickly please a crowd.

Ingredients:
Ingredient Quantity
Twelve hard-boiled and peeled eggs
Use one (8 oz) package of cream cheese at room temperature.


Receive mayonnaise:
Use 2 tablespoons of yellow mustard.
Use 1 ½ tablespoons of white vinegar.
1 teaspoon of paprika
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper Dash
Cayenne pepper
Use 2 teaspoons each of chopped chives.
For decoration (optional), top your salad with a few pickles.
Crackers

or vegetables are used as a delicious way to prepare the dip.


Instructions:
Put 6 of the hard-boiled eggs, unbroken, into the largest food processor you own. Slit the last 6 eggs all the way through the middle of the shell. Crack the eggs and only add the yolks, with 6 whole eggs, to the food processor. Separate and keep the 6 egg whites on their own.


Process all the ingredients: Put the cream cheese, mayonnaise, yellow mustard, white vinegar, paprika, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper and 1 teaspoon of chopped chives in a processor and run it. Run the mixer at high speed until the mixture is well-blended and even.


Forcing the egg whites into small pieces and set aside. Pour the dry ingredients into the egg mixture and mix them together gently. Move the dip to a serving plate. Finish it off by putting 1 teaspoon chopped chives on top along with another light sprinkle of paprika. Adding sliced pickles is an easy way to garnish your dish if you like.


Serve chilled alongside crackers, pretzels or your preferred veggie sticks.
