Fresh, Crunchy, and So Good – My Weekly Salad Obsession

An easy-to-make classic, this crab seafood salad is great for sandwiches, crackers, or as a light meal. Crisp celery, a creamy mayonnaise dressing, dill, paprika, and a hint of shallot are combined with the delicate flavour of imitation crab meat.

Ingredients:

Amount of each ingredient

minced celery Half a cup of imitation crab flesh

One pound of Dill Half a teaspoon mayonnaise

Half a cup of parika

Half a teaspoon of Kosher salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper

One shallot, minced, 1/4 teaspoon


Guidelines:

Add the minced celery, imitation crab meat, dill, mayonnaise, paprika, minced shallot, kosher salt, black pepper, and kosher salt to a heavy bowl.


Mix the ingredients together gently until well combined.


Put the crab salad in the bowl and refrigerate for at least an hour.


Serve the cold crab salad as you like, on sandwiches, or with crackers. Savour it!
