There are no regrets for Orylan, a 26-year-old influencer from Las Vegas, Nevada, who has spent around $70,000 changing her body with tattoos, surgery, and other improvements. Her journey started when she received her first tattoo at the age of 14, and ever then, her appearance has grown more remarkable.
Orylan is accustomed to receiving attention, both good and bad, because she has almost every inch of her body inked, including her eyeballs, and her tongue has been surgically split.
Some have referred to her as a “devil” or “demon” because of her changes, but she dismisses these accusations with cool assurance. Orylan claims that she is frequently the target of public admiration and occasionally the subject of hurtful remarks, especially on the internet where individuals hide behind screens.
Regularly, trolls remind her that she “was prettier before” or presume that she must have had a difficult upbringing. But it doesn’t stop her. Orylan believes that beauty is very personal and that the way she looks now represents the person she has always aspired to be.

She continues to reveal her changing appearance with her more than 143,000 followers on Instagram, where she posts with confidence and without apology. “Most people would argue that I should never have changed who I am, but beauty is a personal choice,” she recently told NeedToKnow. “My current appearance, in my opinion, is the beauty I’ve always aimed for. In my opinion, I can be attractive in both ways, but I am much more authentic in my current skin.
She’s changed more than just her tattoos. She has a heart-shaped implant in her hand, fang-like veneers, and a split tongue, which she says allows her to taste two distinct cuisines simultaneously. Even though her transition is intricate, Orylan claims she doesn’t plan her transformations too far in advance. “I have no intention of looking like any specific person.
She said, “I take it day by day and see if I want to change or modify anything on my body.” She is thinking of getting more face tattoos and possibly even getting her tongue inked, but only if she thinks that the urge is genuine.
Her motivation is self-love, not attention or shock value. She advises others to change only when doing so truly makes them happy. “If you want to change or ink yourself, the only thing I can really advise is to do it because you love it and it will make you happy,” she stated.
The only things we should do are those that make us happy. I want everyone to have just love and happiness if that is what they choose, because that is what altering myself accomplishes for me.
Orylan sees this as identification rather than revolt or performance. It’s about accepting what gives her the most life, even if it means letting strangers judge her. Although she may have an unusual appearance, her clarity and confidence in it speak louder than words.
