I’ll tell you about the health signs that legs can give directly and in a realistic way 👇

Description:
Knees are either touching or nearly touching and the ankles stay far apart, shaping the legs into an inward curve.
What it means:
Many times, it is seen in children and disappears as they develop.

Constant misalignment can result in discomfort, make people unsteady and lead to arthritis later.

Description:
You can see the legs are positioned over each other and they might be inwardly rotated.
What it tells you:
This problem can appear as a result of imbalances in the pelvis, severe knock knees or poor posture.
It is possible for this condition to affect the stability of the hip, the way someone walks and the strength of the pelvic floor muscles.
Often, the process includes correcting your posture, doing physiotherapy or consulting a doctor for advice.
