Donald Trump Jr. Draws Criticism After Comment on Biden’s Cancer Diagnosis

On Sunday night (18 May), the former president revealed the decision.

Former United States president Joe Biden was diagnosed with prostate cancer yesterday, Sunday (18 May).

The office of the former president said that Biden, who is 82 years old and left office in January, is suffering from an aggressive cancer.

According to the report, President Joe Biden went for a new examination last week due to prostate nodule symptoms related to increased urinary issues.

On Friday, the doctors found that his cancer was prostate cancer, with a Gleason score of 9 (Grade Group 5) and it had spread to the bone.

The next part of the statement is: “Even though this is a more advanced form, since the cancer is hormone-sensitive, treatments can control it.”

The president’s physicians and family members are exploring the most suitable treatment choices.

Cancer Research UK states that a Gleason score of nine indicates that the cancerous cells are highly abnormal.

The disease could also grow at a rapid or sudden pace.

After hearing about Joe Biden’s health condition, both Melania and I are deeply saddened.

“May the family of Jill Trammell be blessed with continued support and may Joe enjoy a swift and full recovery.”

In contrast, Donald Trump Jr took a very different tone when reacting to Biden’s prostate cancer and has been slammed online for his boorish reaction.

Trump Jr shared an image on X shortly after the announcement that said: Joe Biden was just diagnosed with prostate cancer. Wishing him a fast and full recovery, politics aside!” with ‘Agreed 100%’ as the answer.

But later, Wray put up a screenshot of a tweet by a doctor that mused about how and when Biden got sick.

He wrote next to the screenshot: “My question is: does Dr. Jill Biden know or is the media covering up her stage five metastatic cancer diagnosis?”

Given the situation, X users did not hesitate to call Trump Jr’s response ‘disgraceful’ and suggested he should have shared the positive side of Joe’s wife’s education. She has never stated that she is a Doctor in relation to medical practice.

“This is shameful,” said a second and a third joined: “No taste whatsoever.”

Someone else posted: “@grok kindly explain to this person that she is not a medical doctor.” Address the explanation to him personally and use his @ handle when sending a message back.

Jill Biden’s doctorate is in Education, not medicine, as Grok explained. As a simple educator, she cannot qualify to provide a diagnosis or treatment for prostate cancer.

A common argument is whether to use the title Dr. for those in medicine and for those in non-medical fields.

Tyla has asked Joe Biden’s representatives for their thoughts.
